I done fucked up my foot again by somehow managing to be a clumsy asshole and twist my ankle while wearing ballet flats, so I probably won't be moving from my computer for a while. Therefore, meme time.

Snagged from artemisrae: Give me a pairing and a prompt/kink/whatever, and I'll write you a fic that's no longer than three lines sentences long.

And I swear to god I will legitimately answer these prompts this time because it's almost Easter break, I have plenty of homework to avoid doing, and the end result will be less than three sentences. Even I can manage that kind of commitment.

It's spring break, I'm stuck at home and it's snowing, and I have nothing to do but work on my thesis. So you know what this means...

I think I'll just stick with Le Guin for now.

I'm thinking about switching fics for my pjo_bigbang because Medius keeps getting stalled at a kind of important part and a fic I started working on on the side finally grew some legs and is begging to be written now.

Initially, I was worried the second fic wouldn't hit the 15K minimum, but I'm at 5K now and haven't gotten to the most important bits yet so I think that's a good sign. I'm writing it a bit out of order too - got the beginning and ending almost finished, plus the starts of a couple more middle scenes, so my enthusiasm for it may just die down after all the fun scenes get written.

The second fic is a historical AU at a boarding school... with mermaids. Or merboys, more specifically. ( Yes, my brain has been on crack for a couple months now )

Also, yaaaay new Futurama tonight! Hopefully my roommates decide to shut up before then otherwise I will Not Be Pleased.


And, um, have some Percy/Annabeth deleted scene. With the infamous "you drool when you sleep" line which should have never been cut in the first place because it is AWESOME. Could do without the awkward Annabeth at the end though.

So I've got a week to write 10,000 words for my fic for pjo_bigbang.

I'm working on the sequel to my AU, Ad Initium, which I'm calling Medius. I planned this as a series of three one-shots, but Medius is already 5K long and I haven't even gotten close to finishing to finish the second "part" yet. I should be able to get this finished pretty fast though, because I have the story pretty well fleshed out. I don't want to jinx it and say it will probably be more than 15K, but it's certainly looking that way.

Percy Jackson is hopelessly in love with alien engineer Annabeth Chase who either doesn't know he exists or just hates him; biologist Dr. Grover Underwood can never go a mission without getting in trouble in some way; everyone is pretty sure Capt. Luke Castellan and Lt. Thalia Grace are having sex but don't have the proof; and Nico just hates everyone, especially the new anthropologist, Rachel Elizabeth Dare, who's gained a reputation for throwing hairbrushes at goa'uld.

- The futurefic where Nico and Rachel run a fortune telling business together since she can predict the future and he Sees Dead People, and end up being psychic detectives for the money. Romance optional.

- The crossover where Sam and Dean go hunting for monsters with Percy, Annabeth and Nico in the Badlands. Currently stalled about 1,500 words in.

- The Percy And Annabeth Have a Kid and Are Disgustingly Cute About It fic.

- The conclusion to that AU where Thalia lives, Luke isn't a traitor, and Percy is a Manhattan teenager oblivious to his immortal hertiage. Currently stalled 4,000 words in.

- The Johanna/Finnick friendship/messed up romance fic for The Hunger Games and the Dan Cahill/Hamilton Holt slash fic for 39 Clues.
