fic: Redux [PJO, Percy/Annabeth, PG]

Characters/Pairings: pre-ship Percy/Annabeth, Grover
Spoilers: For The Lightning Thief movie and vaguely at that.
Summary: Percy Jackson is entirely the most frustrating person Annabeth Chase has ever met, and he’s not even trying most of the time. Too bad they need him to save the world, otherwise she's pretty sure she'd have strangled him by now. AU/movieverse fic.
Notes: Okay, so, ever since I saw that two second clip of Annabeth and Percy by the pool in one of the promo pieces, I have not been able to get this scene out of my head. It was supposed to be short and sweet, but it ended up turning into this monster Annabeth-centric fic, which I am totally okay with. It's set in the movieverse (or what I hope the movieverse turns out like, anyway,) or you can look at it as an AU where the events in TLT didn't happen until Percy was 16. Really, this was just my excuse to play with Annabeth and Percy as they were just getting to know each other. Again.
( That stupid, no good, rotten, son of Poseidon. There's no way she's going to be his friend now. )
