Sometimes Elizabeth is particularly grateful for the new soundproof walls in the gateroom, courtesy of the Asurans.  

Especially when she catches Colonel Sheppard’s team doing something as monumentally stupid as playing Guitar Hero at full blast at one in the morning in the conference room while the IOA is doing their annual inspection of Atlantis.

                
The soundproof walls muffle her shouts of displeasure and the roaring chords of Guns N’ Roses equally well.

                
And, twenty minutes later, they muffle Team Sheppard’s laughter and her triumphant whoop when she beats Rodney by one hundred points at the intermediate level of Nirvana’s “Heart Shaped Box.”

                
Sometimes Elizabeth is more than grateful for the Asurian soundproofing.

Now, back to doing something relatively important!
