Lost Hero Characters Mental Image post

I was planning on doing an in-depth discussion post about The Lost Hero at some point this weekend, but decided I'd rather be shallow and post pictures of pretty people to ogle at instead. So I give you the "The Lost Hero Character Mental Image" post.

First on the list, Jason Grace. Since he's blonde, blue-eyed and hot, it shouldn't be too hard to find choices to cast him.



I picked Alexander Ludwig because he's about the right age and he's more boy-next-door cute rather than Alex Pettyfer's BLINDINGLY HOT model-ness.

Piper Mclean was a little harder to find because if you Google "Native actresses" you mainly Megan Fox and Vanessa Hudgens as results. Anyway...



Grunge her up a bit and Q'orianka Kilcher would be perfect.

Leo Valdez, on the other hand, was not hard at all as _jubs_ had already picked him out.



Ladies and gentlemen, meet Caio Castro. AND YES, THE SHIRTLESS PIC WAS TOTALLY NECESSARY, OKAY. I'll take five of him, please and thanks.

Also, for shits and giggles, I present my mental image of Piper's bitchy half-sister Drew.



No, really, Brenda Song was the first person I thought of when I heard her described. It's essentially her character on Suite Life of Zac and Cody with 100 percent more bitchiness and less ditziness anyway.

I've been thinking about Sterling Knight (above, and possibly just because I used to use him for icons to RP Luke Skywalker's kid) or Alex Pettyfer as Jason. I also blew hours looking through pb_updates for a good Piper and couldn't find anyone to top Q'orianka Kilcher, who... I believe is Hawaiian, which is not particularly close to Cherokee.

I marathoned the whole series in a few days. It's PJO's short bus Canadian cousin, seriously, here's is the description I gave a friend: On New Year’s Eve, the planets aligned at midnight, and Cronus, God of Time, escaped the Underworld prison of Tartarus! With a horde of giants and angry Greek monsters behind him, he plans to destroy the gods and take over the world…! But wait! Seven teenage heroes descended from the most famous Greeks come together to stop him, forming the ~Class of the Titans~!

I love it passionately, but, then again, I also sometimes watch episodes of the Disney Aladdin TV show when there is nothing on TV, so I have no standards.

Have you seen the Aladdin/Hercules crossover? I watched it after my wisdom teeth were removed and still love it.

Anyway, Class of the Titans is all on YouTube, which doesn't bode well for anyone's productivity (punch in "class of the titans episode x").

I figured Piper was going to be really hard to find because there's not a lot of young, full-blood Native actresses to choose from (who aren't ~my great-grandma was part Cherokeee, whee~) and even then it's still a problem with getting the right tribe. :/
