Summary: There are some things even demigods can't do. Fitting three people in a twin size bed is apparently one of them.

three-in-a-bed

There are some things even demigods can't do.

Fitting three, fully grown people comfortably on a twin size bed is apparently one of them.

“I think,” Nico says as he spits out a mouthful of Annabeth's blonde curls, “that we need to get a bigger bed.”

“This bed was big enough when you weren't in it,” Annabeth snaps, accidentally on purpose elbowing Nico in the stomach as she shifts on what little space she has on the mattress. “Why don't you go sleep out on the couch, di Angelo, we're through with you here.”

“You know, you weren't complaining about me being in the bed five minutes ago when my fingers were between your – ”

“Nico,” Percy's muffled voice says from somewhere behind them. “I think you're crushing my ribcage. Could you move just a bit please?”

“No way! If he moves, I'll fall right of the edge and if I get tossed on the floor, you will not be getting any from me for the rest of the month.”

“And like that's such a terrible loss,” Nico says, rolling his eyes. He yelps as Annabeth slaps his chest hard a moment later. “Ow! Percy, your girlfriend is abusing me!”

“I think she's your girlfriend now too, Nico, considering where your hands were five minutes ago...”

“Okay!” Annabeth says loudly. “Someone is going to have to get out of this bed right now, otherwise I will not be held accountable for any actions I commit due to lack of mattress space.”

Neither of the boys move, and Annabeth sighs after a few moments, figuring this would be the result. She doesn't know why she even bothered asking.

“I hate you both,” she says, burying her face into the corner of her pillow. “I knew this was a bad idea.”

“Yeah, yeah. You say that every time,” Nico replies, wrapping his arm around her waist and pulling her securely against him. “You better get used to it, Chase, 'cause we aren't going anywhere.”

“Yeah, not going anywhere,” Percy agrees with a yawn. “Except maybe to the mattress store in the morning.”

hello, months later :P SO HI, I LOVE THIS. Um, how is it that the fandom of a SERIES FOR KIDS has corrupted me? I don't think I'd ever read OT3 before PJO, lol. BUT I'M TOTALLY SOLD ON THIS PG-13 ADORABLE OT3 LOVELINESS. Annabeth's voice is awesome and the dymanic between the three is golden. ♥
