I was thinking about writing a reunion scene but as I was planning it in my head it was just Annabeth being a blubbery mess and I didn't think anyone would be interested in reading about Annabeth melting from her own tears. You know what would be funny (but not really)? Annabeth not even being on the ship. That's the FIRST thing that popped into my head when I finished. We're not going to have a reunion at the beginning of the book. She's already off in Rome causing trouble. Either that or it'll go back in time and tell Annabeth's story through her POV, which I guess would be okay. I'm so much more excited for an Annabeth's POV than anything else.
