- I have my review of Abandon on my book blog which, sadly, need some more updating. I did not have good feelings toward this book at all, which is unfortunate because I usually love Meg Cabot without questions.

- Tall, Dark and Filthy Rich was a Harlequin that was surprisingly well written and didn't make me throw the book down with fits of laughter every few minutes.

- My reaction post for The Throne of Fire is up.

- I LOVED THE MAZE RUNNER AND ALL IT'S NIGHTMARE FUELISH WAYS AND I NEED THE SEQUEL NOW OMG.

In a non-caps assessment, once this book got going, it didn't let up for a second. It reminded me a lot of a futuristic version of Lord of the Flies, which I loved and I know a lot of people hate for some reason, but anyway. I really hate that it took me so long to read this book. I bought it way back in November and just kept pushing it off for some reason. OH WELL, IT'S READ NOW AND I CAN REVEL IN ITS GLORY.

- Eh, the Gossip Girls series. I borrowed these from my roommate and I wanted to finish them before she moved out for good and I forgot to give them back to her. I really hate that I'll spend the first 150 pages of these books hating EVERY SINGLE CHARACTER but by the end of the book I really want to read more. I don't think I'll finish the series, unless I can buy them discount somewhere or continue borrowing them from my roommate.

- Also had borrowed Across the Universe from the roommate, and I... wasn't that impressed with it? I'm glad that a superficial romance wasn't the focus of the plot in a YA novel FOR ONCE, but otherwise I didn't really have strong feelings either way for it. It's a good book and I'd recommend it, but I guess I don't really have an opinion on it either way.

Currently reading: Since I have no cable AND no Internet, I might FINALLY make it through my usually bottomless to-do list. I'll probably start the Incarceron sequel or I Am The Messenger today, and then move on to the others books.

Up next: Dash and Lily's Big Book of Dares or a similar title name, and a few other to-read books on my bed.

Books I need to get: THE SCORCH TRIALS. Paranormalcy. Probably a few others? We shall see when I finally get my butt to a proper bookstore rather than WalMart and Amazon.com

Oh! And I might be getting an e-reader for a graduation present. I'm leaning toward the NOOKColor because OMG PRETTY, but if anyone has an e-reader they'd like to recommend, feel free to drop some thoughts in the comments!
