Summary: After an attempt on her life, Apollo decides Rachel needs a bodyguard and who better to take the job than a certain son of Hades? Too bad they're not going to make things easy for each other, especially when it comes to their feelings.
Notes: These chapters just keep getting longer, it's almost ridiculous. This is the chapter where DD begins to earn it's "R" rating, so if you're not a fan of such things, I'd suggest skipping over Nico's scene in the middle -- you won't miss anything too integral to the plot.
( Apparently, the lord of the sky had been offended when she had she wouldn’t find him a new mortal paramour – she was the Oracle, not eHarmony for Apollo’s sake. )
