In which I find another fandom to lurk around in

Anyone else on the f-list watching the BBC's Merlin? 'Cause I am really, really in love with this series. More specifically the fact that nearly everyone in that cast is begging to be 'shipped together one way or the other, and it's just so much fun.

I've still got three episodes to go - skipped the Mordred episode to watch 9-11 instead - and I can't wait for it to come to NBC in the summer. I think my favorite's either The Moment of Truth or Excalibur, and I pretty much love all the characters, even Uther. The Morgana/Arthur banter is nearly as awesome as the Merlin/Arthur banter and ... well, I just love everything so far. :)

Except the fact that it isn't out on Region One DVD yet. Curse you, DVD gods! *shakes fist*


My roommate and I have been watching the BBC's Robin Hood all weekend too (nice break before finals!) and it's equally as awesome. Too bad the series is so expensive on DVD as well. But that's what my Netflix account is for! XD

Okay, I KNOW that this post is like, nearly a year old now, but I'm sorta saying screw it, and commenting anyway. I might comment on your other merlin posts, dunno yet. In ANY case, ZOMG!

I ended up finding out about this show because someone had written pron! Gwen and Arthur for the citrus_taste community, WHICH if you are NOT doing a table from that prompt, I am BEGGING you to! (and I don't beg very much, lol. I'm also thinking of doing it as well *gulps*) so that made me not only read it, but now I had to know who these characters were, of course. (as a side note, I KNOW that you'd also kick butt at whichever table from the citrus_taste comm that you choose to do.) So I went and found it on youtube and GAH! CAN'T STOP WATCHING! It's SO horribly addicting and just *meeps!* I've been pretty much pimping it out to like, everyone that I know as well! It's horrible, my obsession with this show!

OH! and don't even get me started on Robin Hood! I've only watched the first 2 series because I refuse to watch the 3rd as it's SO freaking sad it's not even funny! (If you've seen it, then you know what I mean. Otherwise, no spoilers unless you ask for them! *grins*)

But yeah, I'm shamelessly addicted.....it's sad. And I already can't wait for the third series even though I've only watched series one! gah!
